Choosing a Voice Guide
Choosing a voice in Syllivo starts with what is verified about it, not with a personality label. There are no warm, deep, or cheerful voices here, because nobody measured those qualities — there are only characteristics the voice's own documentation supports.
The three kinds of voice
The everyday voices are named by gender and official number: Male 1 to Male 5 and Female 1 to Female 5. The American and British voices are named by accent and official name, such as Bella — American Female or George — British Male. Custom Voice has no preset voices at all: it works only from a reference recording you supply, between 3 and 30 seconds, with a single speaker in a quiet recording.
The one rule that matters
Test a short passage on your own script before generating anything long. A voice that sounds good on a demo sentence can still struggle with your names, your numbers, or your language mix. The posts in this guide explain each voice kind and how to test it properly.
